Grandfather laws are not racist, it's fair for everyone that if your grandfather voted you can vote. Everyone has grandfathers.

The narrative has been interesting. Cigarette companies are "targeting" blacks with menthols. Ergo they must be banned. Given that smoking rates between blacks and whites are virtually identical, it would seem that the cigarette manufacturers are "targeting" whites with non-menthols. The same logic doesn't seem to apply.
