When a negro shoots down shop-owners or innocent bystanders in "these types of districts", America shrugs it off and calls it "gang violence" (95% of which occurs on deep blue turf, but is of course 100% the fault of Republicans) and does nothing about it. But when a white guy does the same, there suddenly is a systemic problem with gun violence, white fragility or something like that and legislative action is urgent. .
