You've not even managed to convince a Q person (TiStuff) that masks aren't harmful. He points out how bacterium and viruses build up in cloth masks and have been medically proven to cause people to become sick, and you say, "But muh mask isn't harmful!"
You're seriously not one to judge "winning" a debate. Forget that debate is not intended to "win" or "lose". It's intended to persuade a person to your point of view. You don't, do you?
