Why do you think Richard Spencer was never banned from twitter? He just isn't popular or relevant enough

Spencer is not a conservative. He's not on the "American Right" at all. He's an ethnosocialist, in favor of sweeping social reforms (more social engineering), spending reforms (greater taxation and government playing mommy), and authoritarian destruction of personal rights.

The left leaves him alone because it does not behoove them to have this pointed out.

The freedom to buy guns for mentally ill people while your country is top notch incarceration, inequalities, power concentration.
There's no freedom here but failure. South americans would probably prefer Canada btw LOL.

The "Mentally Ill" cannot purchase firearms, if it falls within a specified range of mental illnesses. Said illnesses are reported to NICS, and the individual is prohibited from purchasing firearms, exactly as convicted felons are reported and prohibited, and even temporary stays against people who have active restraining orders against them (which is technically in violation of the 4th amendment, as restraining orders do not follow due process).

Your pretend make believe fantasy where it's just so very easy to purchase a firearm shows nothing more than that you should worry about French politics, US Rights are beyond you. :)

That's cool, they shouldn't come to the US then.

How's it going in France btw, are those new anti mulim laws in effect now? Some more radical jihadis arrested hopefully? Keep us informed on the latest info regarding your "free" society (read: shithole)

Less than 50k "mentally ill" people in 2019 in your NCIS Database. For 330 millions people. Great LOL.

No, less than 50K Americans professionally diagnosed with mental illnesses that are qualified to strip a person of their fundamental rights. And those same people wouldn't be able to exercise a number of other rights, as well.

Again, the 4th Amendment prevents the removal of rights unless a person has done something. It does not allow you to be proactive. And the majority of mental disorders that would qualify (such as dementia) end up being diagnosed due to odd and occasionally illegal behavior.

We aren't France. In France, the little girls who run things start hand wringing the moment they hear the word "gun" because you're a bunch of pussies. "OMG! SOMEBODY MIGHT DO SOMETHING THAT I CAN'T CONTROL!!!" Why did you people ever bother having a revolution? Should have just stuck with the bourgeoise and saved the world some eyerolling drama. You're right back where you were, and see nothing wrong with it.

No thought required. France. The French people have accepted authoritarian rule by a tiny rich authoritarian elite, allowed themselves to be disarmed, and are being raped and murdered by a 6.8% Arab minority they haven't the faintest clue how to protect themselves from.

I think you're just so bitter and helpless feeling that you think convincing Americans to be as weak, spineless, and handwringingly helpless as the people of France makes you feel better.

Not gonna convince us. Move on.

Fantasy?

Last time I purchased a gun I walked in with a wad of cash and ID, I was out the door with a shiny new weapon in about 10 minutes.
