Republicans have no chance at any form of repeal and replace bill. Zero, none. They're so far behind in the House, they'd never get a Bill to the senate. Further, plenty of states get massive payouts to their Medicare plans via the ACA. Even republican representatives in those states aren't interested in any form of repeal and replace unless they get the same bonuses and handouts they're receiving now.
Anyone who starts spouting off their plans against the ACA is not to be taken seriously. Even the dimmest 2016 Trump voter knew this was true, and even the most dedicated leftie propagandist avoids even mentioning the fact. The ACA is here to stay, and discussion of it mostly exists to distract from other things.
