high-risk people - take the vaccine because your life and health depend on it.
low-risk - it's your call to take it or not. Should be encouraged but at the end of the day, it should be treated like the flu vaccine for these people.
If the high-risk people are getting vaccinated then the argument that the low-risk people are putting others' lives in danger kind of falls apart in my eyes.
Because low risk people spread it to high risk people, and there are far more low risk people than high risk people which still results in overwhelming the medical facilities if they are massively infected.
I get it, you're not associated with healthcare. You're not an epidemiologist. You have a job and a family and don't have time to look into it. It's not a personal slight that you have a wrong opinion on vaccination. It is, however, a personal slight that you don't listen to people who do have those qualifications and who are associated with medical care.
