There are definitely poor people in Japan, but they aren't a murder factory with a crippling racist chip on their shoulders like in the US.

This is just blatantly wrong. Blacks in Republican cities have like 10x the standard of living as Blacks in Democrat cities. Democrat policies cripple blacks and prevent them from escaping poverty.
Just look at Joe Biden, he is going to end school choice in inner cities.
