i mean if it wasn't a bomb attack, then it is possible that there were other type of chemicals, gas or materials stored/hidden inside there. Maybe that's why the shockwave was so big.
But it definitely wasn't just ammonium nitrate alone i believe. I've only seen shockwave like that from bombs/weapons honestly.
