Lay off the juice.
Humans are not carnivores. Humans are omnivores and evolved to be able to consume large quantities of meat, fish, and animal products. The ability to eat meat played a role in human brain development; meat is a treasure trove of essential amino acids, protein, and calories.
Meat does not sit in your system "rotting" for weeks. Spend more time in your biology textbook and less time reading e-pamphlets put together by PETA.
Cooked food, not meat, is what played that role in human brain development.
