Who has made efforts to end the opioid crisis? No president has addressed this outside Barack Obama through the Medicaid expansion. Other than that its been a governor and county fight. My friend is leading Mike Dewine's task force in Ohio based off of the collaborative he built here in Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, Warren Counties Ohio.
