People who don't wear masks are no different than people who don't wear condoms. No one is saying that you need to have a condom on 100% of the time. Just wear one if you are indoors or within 6 feet of people.

Its not mental illness. Its stand your ground language. "I can attack you and get away with it" was essentially what he was yelling.

Mental illness could be why he got so pissed so quick in the face of an old lady. Some lability, some grandiosity, some disinhibition.

The words were very calculated. No thought disorder but some mood disorder maybe.
