Being called a Nazi for being a Nazi may hurt your sensitive feelings, but has nothing to do with the state stripping the right of Americans to hold an opinion.
It's not up to privileged spoiled soyboys in skinnyjeans to determine who is and who isnt a nazi and thus deserving of a beating.
It is also not up to them to enforce the law or "protect the nation" via "direct action", aka blatant violence. A group which is rejecting the state's monopoly on the legitimate use of force is a threat to the public order and the constitution, and designating such a group as terrorists is well-justified.
