I believe the particular case I am thinking of was in Kentucky, where there is a gentleman under house arrest with an a guard posted outside his home because someone deemed him a threat for having covid, after leaving the hospital where he was confirmed for something else (so he apparently never had covid to begin with) but the government said so, and he can't question it atm so he remains. Gonna make a great case in a few months.
States can regulate their commerce. Interstate commerce is regulated by congress through SCOTUS ruling like 200 years lol.
Also you are not really on lock down you can go to the store you're allowed to go shopping you can order things online you can go outside and take a nice walk. You're being kind of histrionic.
Since one has anyone on the right believed that people have the right to spread disease without consequence?
