Do you ever get tired of spouting your canned talking points you read on some edgy underground website. It's so unoriginal.

He will be remembered for three things:

1) Rolling over when his handlers (DNC) told him to for HRC

2) His epic collapse from democratic front runner to being obliterated by a man who might possibly be slipping into senility.

3) Not actually accomplishing much of anything while being a career politician.

He will fade into obscurity. He might make it on a few kewl T-shirts like Che.

how are progressive representatives rejecting corporate money and bernie changing the conversation on healthcare, wages, and money in politics 'canned talking points'? those are pretty obvious FACTS, that a reasonably intelligent person would easily be able to verify. your post doesn't make any sense. sorry, buddy...

You must have forgot when Bernie rolled over to his DNC handlers in 2016.

He got a new book deal out of it, but who cares about those facts.

Bernie's impact on US politics is overblown. It won't any real lasting resonance.

He's one of the greatest con men of our time. It's honestly impressive, and you better believe he would have gladly accepted every Bloomberg cent had he become the nominee.

Bernie is a farce. He's just about officially done, and i'll celebrate that day with a Moscow Mule.

con men? the guy is as principled as it gets, has been advocating on behalf of american workers for decades. he could easily be 10 times as rich as he is by simply doing what virtually all of his colleagues in the senate do, accepting corporate bribes - but he doesn't. what a 'con man', lol.

you seriously sound like hannity right now. the dnc shills say bernie prolonged the primaries, the trumptards claim he rolled over, it seems like principles really trigger establishment shills on both sides...

Yawn.... Hannity this, shills that, Trumptards this. Canned talking points. I swear you have a roll-a-dex of bullshit.

He's a con man. He's been able to establish a "following" without actually doing much of anything at all. He's got plenty to show for it, as he owns multiple homes and is a millionaire. Very well off by US standards. I'm interested as to why you seem to be in love with him?

You hate the US, and that's evident. Why would you push someone you think is a demigod on the land you so wish to fail?

Very against the grain for you and your hatred.

talk about canned talking points and simplistic views... sanders has worked harder than any of his peers, against overwhelming and well funded resistance from both establishment parties, but he remained principled and tireless. the fact that you can't even acknowledge that just illustrates what a biased hack you are. his 'wealth' is outright laughable compared to other senators of his age and profile. the whole 'he himself is a millionaire and therefore a hypocrite' talking point has been debunked into oblivion about a thousand times, and you should feel stupid for still regurgitating it like a brainwashed idiot.

and no, it is not 'against the grain' if you could do ANY nuance at all. it is true that i strongly dislike the american empire, and the suffering it has caused worldwide post 1950. i don't, however, hate the american people. i don't wish for america to fail, that's just the simplistic conclusion you draw because you can't deal with criticism. in fact, i would love to see america restored to the power for good in the world that it once was: the nation that saved the world from brutal dictatorships in the 1940s, despite unthinkable casualties and sacrifices - not the corporate driven greedy empire that plunges whole regions into chaos and installs puppet governments for short term profits and a military industry that has to justify its constant expansion.

quite frankly, the way your government treats you is really a crime against basic decency, and goes against all of america's original ideals. the sad part is that you're a victim of it, but you keep defending it like an abused wife. obviously that's part of the plan, brainless jingoism and deep internal division are effective tools to make people blind to how they are actually treated, but it takes a special kind of stupid to continue defending your abuser when confronted with the truth and a possible solution.

Sanders significantly shifted the conversation of the Democrats to the left.

Even if he's never elected, he got them considering policies that definitely weren't in the public consciousness before.

Whether it stays that way, only time will tell, but for now he has had a significant impact on the dialogue.

i too would hate a nation who destroyed my nation’s military forces time and time again on the battlefields in the wars in which my ancestors (in fender’s case, joseph and the kaiser) started
