Landlords are indeed parasites. Society has become structured such that building your own home is out of the financial capabilities of most people, and so capitalists swoop in to dominate the real estate in the area and charge exorbitant prices in rent because they have the capital required to "invest" in the first place.

There aren't many options for the average person in terms of housing.

Who builds? Lol. Sounds like the same simpletons who buy brand new cars

Have never rented in my adult life, do not believe in it.
Whilst i am a landlord, i am pretty hands off with the whole thing, if my tenants make a complaint ill deal with it but the real estate company i pay to manage my properties seems to be pretty ethical so no complaints so far.

Buying is absurdly expensive too, and requires most people to just transfer their parasite to that of mortgage companies.

parasite [ par-uh-sahyt ]
an organism that lives in or on an organism of another species (its host) and benefits by deriving nutrients at the other's expense.

I believe the answer to OP's question is no.

If anything, the relationship between landlord and renter is probably best described by mutualism or predation (or even commensalism), depending on if you are a libtard like me or not.

Save your money and deal with the peasants yourself. I also do the repairs myself. Remarkably easy to do most shit around a house most people pay hundreds and thousands of dollars to do

I think that actually makes the argument that landlords are parasites stronger. You make money without actually doing anything, you just make money by owning something instead of producing something.

Buying may be cheaper per month, but it's still too expensive for a vast amount of people.

I'm also going to report your post for insulting me though and calling me a "c****".
