How is that proving your point? You said, "illegal crossings are on the rise", which this graph proves otherwise.

Apprehensions were increasing until May 2019 where it dramatically started to fade.

Spiked surges of immigration prior as the US tries to continue to install and improve their barriers.
Likely last efforts as they know it will become more difficult with time as the improvements continue, and as we later received Mexico's assistance with curbing illegal immigration.

Trump also put greater support to HBCU's, which I think is pretty awesome. It'll be interesting to see if there's substance beyond just the good intentions, but thus far it seems like his process has been well-received by the Presidents of these HBCU's which were invited to meet with Trump in the Oval Office and they made space for a "listening session" to hear from the Presidents themselves.

That graph should be posted WITH a list of left impediments to anything Trump tries to do. I can't count the lawsuits brought by the left to hamper Trump's work against illegal immigrants. Or the left's enticing the illegals to cross, and even assisting the illegals.

Anyone can read the graph, kid. YOU however, don't seem to be able to read the graph and keep it in the context of what else has occurred in the last 3 years, that would affect the interpretation of the data on the graph.

This is an odd dichotomy that is totally unrecognized by most conservatives.

Economic realty and individual responsibility are totally at odds in the conservative worldview. "Immigrants depress wages" when its convenient and "take personal responsibility for your life" when its not.

"The economic reality is that immigrants depress wages" and "Immigrants should cross legally" in the same argument, ignoring the ethical aspect of owners depressing wages in response to more workers, and the economic reality of immigrants moving to where there are more jobs and opportunity.
