Np,btw I think I could have left the first one out, that 3 gram thing is somewhere in the longer version IIRC

Apparently, I'll have to come back way later. Even the short one is blocked at my office (company enforces safe video policy on YT).

Interesting to see how government handles this. I have little faith in anything that involves heavy gov't control, but privatized prisions are a joke at best.

This could be a really great first step if done right. I won't hold my breathe that CA gets this right.

Lol america has one of if not the highest incarceration rate in the world and you are asking for more prisions.

Jailing these people is clearly not working, when are you going take a new approach?
