Well for one the context is a single line from a single thread in which you were indeed schooling people on a bunch of gun stuff, which can be separated from all your other posts.

It's ok I still approve of running down pussies like transthingy via majestic horseback.

which topics and subjects do you think i make far worse judgments on than guns, im just curious.

A much better example would have been some of ghot's views on policing some of which are quite clearly illegal and some cases even proven so in the court of law and of course I think he should be able to express those even though they are both legally and morally flawed

But we agree that condoning or excusing it is wrong so high five to that

LOL. None of my views on policing are... "quite clearly illegal".

/e May not be your cup of tea... but that doesn't make them illegal. :D

The reporting I've seen is saying Ngo has bleeding on the brain from this attack. One hit can kill someone.

People, especially young, underestimate how much damage humans can inflict onto others with just their meat mallets and meat haunches. Movies and professional sports give people a false perception of violence. In reality loads of people are killed every year with just blunt force trauma by fists and kicks. It's all fun and games until somebody's a vegetable and two lives are forever ruined.

you mean you can't just bonk someone on the head and start a 5 minute unconscious timer that they'll wake from sleepy but otherwise okay?

those were illegal policing, per the constitution.

unless you think the constitution doesnt apply to war, even though it defines war parameters.

Grabbing at straws bro. You ofc could link a govt. website that says they were illegal policing.
I'm not idiotic enough to think that during that time, those measures weren't necessary. On top of all that, they were not mistreated really. They were just put in internment camps until after the war with Japan.

If you have a way to fight a full scalle war, and NOT worry about people from the same country you are fighting, being behind the lines so to speak... I'm sure the US govt. would be very happy to hear about it.

If I recall correctly, Roosevelt's reasoning was fairly sound for the decision. Firstly, it was a method to control intelligence at a time when we didn't really know who was who among the Asian/Japanese community. Espionage was a factor. Secondly, he was concerned about revenge attacks against the Japanese-Americans from angry, racist Americans. So yeah, it was not constitutional and not one of America's greatest hours, but it's not like it was done with malicious intent.
