Pretty big difference between the two cases though.

One is self-sacrifice to bring attention to an oppressed group, the other is just being a dick.

Even if you don't agree with Kaepernick, the motivations to do what they're doing are completely different.

How would the public go about firing a senator? wouldn't it be great if there was a process built into the law? if only there was a similar legal protection against firing TV actors

have you applied this to kneelers getting fined or run out of the league? too blind to see what's right in front of you.

Yeah, there's obviously two set of rules about saying nasty things about people. Only blacks get to do it.

There is a process built into law to fire a state senator. It was even posted, but pretend you don't know that or remember.
