so if I'm getting the revelations right here, its;

The FBI's entire case to spy on Carter Page was the Steele Dossier, which was unverified and little more than rumors when they applied
The FISA application deceptively cited a yahoo news article to 'corroborate' the dossier, even though it was made from steele leaking info to yahoo news and thus the same source
Rosenstein and Ohr were well aware that Steele had a raging and documented anti-Trump bias and was a leaker, yet did not reflect this on the FISA application
The FBI also received Fusion GPS DNC/Clinton campaign oppo on Trump generated by Ohr's wife, but concealed from FISC the relationship to Fusion GPS and Steele

Seems like a veggieburger at best, like the really thin patties. The democrats indeed preemptively leaked the biggest talking points for damage control to defuse it, so what's left is kind of meh

so stuff anyone with an IQ above room temperature already knew was likely but is now undeniable by the anti-Trump crew.

All I think I'm really seeing here is that Nunes is wiping away some of the common deflections and defenses that democrats have employed over the past year
they went with narratives about the Steele dossier just being one element of many in seeking the FISA warrant/renewal or that the FBI might have verified it or that it was assembled without bias or that FBI didn't know about bias or corroborated with other sources.

This memo establishes that the Steele dossier was the only meaningful piece of evidence in seeking the FISA warrant/renewals, that the FBI covered up its single-source unverified status and partisan political origins, and knew that Steele was an unreliable partisan.

On its own, that doesn't really establish much we didn't already 'know', but it does wipe away the excuses that the democrats, media and FBI have been using to soften the scandal.
Is my analysis about right? Its not a damning set of info on its own, but it strips away the bullshit
