So far he's done that. Mostly.
I don't like him, I think he's a disgrace to the office and I hope Pence can do better when the congressional trash get around to their kangaroo court. But you would have to be inbred to think this isn't business as usual in DC. At least he's showing a shocking degree of transparency, even if it is for ratings.
Also, calling it now that before December he's going to tweet that affirmative action is a harmful, failed policy and should be rolled back.

Anyway, the point was not that this isn't business is usual. That's actually exactly the point, that it's still business as usual under Trump. Trump made it clear he would be an outsider president who would kill the corrupt bureaucrats and career politicians, yet he's doing the opposite.
