Nah, especially when it's not available for 'everyone else' and involves having to be invited by the school to speak, in most cases.
That person can still say whatever they want to say. They aren't entitled to a student body enabling them and helping them get a wider audience, tho.
It definitely depends on the situation, and I think people have an all-or-nothing view on "censorship" that it's some scary, evil thing. I think that's kind of weird, personally.
There is a difference, I think, between when the college itself invites/pays a speaker to come speak v. student groups finding a prolific member of their community to come speak about a very specific issue and that is attended voluntarily.
