its not that inner city education isn't good.
its how the kids in inner city grow up. They basically grow up in a bad environment. They want to be gang members, they want to be bad asses, they want to look cool. And to them, school is not cool. So they dont embrace it. Its part of the ideology fed to them by the older ones they look up to. You can easily be born in a inner city and take your education seriously, study at home, go to the public library if you have no access to internet and books etc. Finish high school with a good GPA, get into a decent school and use federal loans to fund your education. That is exactly what I did. They CHOOSE not to do that. Instead they want to go play ball, smoke pot, bang bitches etc.
There are good little boys and girls in the inner cities and projects, being raised by parents ,or a parent who are doing the best they can with what they have. Their schools and education aren't good, the schools are poor and can't afford to pay the teachers as much as the "safer" schools farther out, so they have to settle too many times with who they can get. And yes many times the classes are disruptive by the kids who don't care and don't want to be there. but to say that they have a good education or even equal access to a good education is just being blind. By lumping the kids who have been pushed into this situation by the luck of birth and situation. And saying it's their CHOICE by lumping them with the bangers and gangers because of where they were born and to whom they were born show just how good that education you received was.

How many kids did he have?
I don't even see the relevance of this question, it's just spam.
