He's devastated that the whole thing got taped.

The cop shot him 3 times to incapacitate him, then 6 more times to make sure he was dead, then tazed him so it would look like he tried using non-lethal force (unfortunately for him it was filmed).

Good thing this happened in Canada, where they actually prosecute police officers for doing this kind of shit.

I do feel like the cops in the OP video used excessive force given the situation. And, I don't usually cut violent criminals slack.

They didn't shoot this nut even after a 10 hour standoff...
