Personhood is a tricky thing. If it wasn't tricky then people wouldn't be doing bioethics to figure it out.

Well when a girl gets aborted on her will it's not considered like murder so I don't see why he should be charged with murder, even tho what he did was still wrong

If he gets charged with murder then logically we'd have to charge every woman that gets aborted on her will with murder too

Discussions require listening as well as speaking. You seem to be willing to do one.

Also I get irritated by people misusing the word "logic" for "reasoning". It has been happening a lot more lately because I hear it all over.

Oh good. A way to make it also "a mans right to chose" as well. Fair is fair. I'm not for it, but there needs to be a mutual agreement.
