no, im saying that claiming his argument is support of prohibition is a strawman fallacy.

i.e. youve taken the facts he submitted, thought of all the diffrent possibilites the facts support, and chose the only one you could argue against, the only one shown to have allready failed, prohibition.

A sample size of 49 participants and no link to the white paper in the article. Sounds like sound scientific method to me.
