When her tires spun as she started accelerating, they appeared to be fully straight on. That means he would have indeed been run down if she had traction. Her turn was after his gun was drawn

Have you driven a vehicle. It's all one motion. You never reversed then started going forward and turning. We're talking frame by frame second or less between turning and you think she's not actively already processing that turn and going through the motions? Serious?

I can't legitimately think of a dumber action than if you use what you're saying to be true to shoot someone if I wanted them to stop coming at me when already that close.

She is turning away from the guy hence the wheels turning. That's she action she was quite clearly doing. If you go by your script and she wanted to run someone over lining her vehicle up makes way more sense to gun it and drive at the guy with the gun not make a turn away.

Guess we can both agree though the officer is an actual retard since shooting a driver a foot away from you in the head while the vehicle is in drive has to be the dumbest imaginable thing to do. A bullets not instantly stopping a foot on an accelerator. But luckily she was turning because you know she was already actively avoiding the guy.

If this officer was concern for his safety first rather than popping a person in the head at the wheel of a vehicle facing you apparently trying to run you down he would just simply get out of the way rather than taking additional time to get some shots in. But nope.

The officer doesn't have precognition. Just because he saw her turn her tires 45 degrees and back up while straightening out doesn't mean he knows she's going to turn them another 45 degrees after throwing it in drive. The fact is she put her foot on the gas with her tires facing straight forwards with an officer directly in front of her, feet away. How many revolutions did her tire make while spinning out with no traction? Each revolution is worth 5-7 feet of movement that would have happened with traction. She struck him with the corner of her vehicle once she started turning afterwards, judging by the spinout she would have struck him full on and run over him if she hadn't spun out.

She very clearly did everything wrong in this scenario and caused 100% of this. Full culpability on her. She stalked ICE all day and tried to interfere. She tried to obstruct and block them, a crime. She tried to flee law enforcement, a crime. She put someone in reasonable fear of their life with a deadly weapon, a crime.
