Rh- blood perhaps, but you are looking at an entirely different timespan imo if you are claiming the groups are linked. This is not something I have explored but you can see images of native Ainu's and compare to lighter skin Brahmin caste, as well as do genetic profiles, and in one case we see European adjacent profiles and the other not so much, unless you are getting into Denisovan/Sapien territory.
