If it's anything like Ayn Rand then I will hate it. If it's not just contrived like her work and more grounded in reality (the irony of realism not lost here) I could probably get into it.

It's non fiction, I guarantee its at your local library.
I had to use the Inter library loan system to get the other book I talked about.
The librarian was so excited, they never use that system.

We've already gone through the hard left swing

Where exactly? Cultural divide excluded there has been little to no left swing in the political system.

There's always been counterculture that resonates with leftism but it has never amounted to anything. People wearing Che t-shirts, occupy wall street falling apart under MSM scrutiny. People protesting on campus and being arrested for it. All of it gets quelled. Even the "radical lefists" that hold any office still support their neoliberal counterparts.

if u think the biden term was the hard left swing you're a fool. its more realistic to say canada under JT was it's "hard left swing". the hard left swing coming in the USA will be massive.

Which side is now forced to moderate?

I understand that we have very different perspectives, but if you identify as transgender, your entire identity is a product of that hard left swing. Just as my identity is the product of the hard right swing.

Biden was an outright conservative. I genuinely mean this by the way. And again, I don't mean to frame this in the left good vs right bad way. Do not misconstrue it as that.

He was a neocon, specifically.

Moderate is a misnomer. the left is forced to abandon it's platform of race, sex, and gender based policy. they tried it, it made some gains, but it's run it's course. they must now transition to class warfare, its the only avenue to remain progressive, and they have to stay progressive liberals. class warfare is a far harder swing with 100x more policy implications. and it has far more centrist support.

Right, they are forced to abandon their hard left positions. Because like I said, we just finished going through and burying that hard left swing.

Again, there's nothing leftist about transgender rights. They're human rights. It's south of the political spectrum. Not left. Not right.

I think the misconception comes about because Democrats are clearly (somewhat) more supportive of transgender people than the Republican counterpart.

If we're talking about political theory. Marx and Engels never mentioned a transgender person as far as I remember.

I strongly disagree, we have very different definitions of "left". What appears as normal to you, appears as radical hard left to me. What appears as normal to me, appears as radical hard right to you.

Left isn't just economic policy, it is worldview lens. In this case, you are holding a poststructuralist position, where you have deconstructed the reality of sex. Poststructuralism is a derivation of Critical Theory, which was formulated by Marx. Hard left by definition very clearly
