The fact that you both are using strictly male to female trans women as an example shows that bigotry and likely homophobia are at the root of your problems with society. While there may be some discussion regarding the inclusivity of trans women in cis women locations, it's not black and white and only a hateful bigot would immediately jump to those sorts of positions.
