I am from germany and I will try to answer in good faith:

1. Our intelligence services work together, since shortly after world war 2 we consider the US an ally. I think you need to define "american deep state" for me for a more specific answer. Semi related: The german secret service is famously not very competent compared to the likes of CIA and Mossad.

2. +3. I did not check if that is true, but it would make sense. Germany is rich, big (for a western country) and crypto investing is somewhat mainstream with advertisements in prime time tv.

4. No clue, never heard anything about any voting data being sent to Germany and I am not sure what you are implying. What I do know is that all the "election fraud" cases went nowhere in your courts and the cases were often times so frivolous that lawyers got disbarred for them. Additionally Fox had to pay a huge fine and let go of people like Tucker Carlson because of the liability of lying about it. Unless you want to outright say that all of your courts are implicit in a scheme to steal an election (why? and more importantly: how? that would be the biggest conspiracy in the history of mankind by a huge margin), this is pretty much disproven.
