No my point is extremely valid, especially because we aren’t even dealing with a transgender person. I have no problem with the argument about genetics and xy vs xx. I don’t think biological males should play sport’s against biological women, especially combat.
But the pearl clutching by the anti trans community for a situation that doesn’t involve a trans person and the subsequent arguments and movement of the goal post is hilarious.

It's not. Because biology is not just about observable genitalia but also inclusive of chromosomes. The argument around sex has always incorporated chromosomes and you wanting to pretend it didn't is dishonest.

It doesn't matter if they are transgender or not, they clearly have male characteristics if you open your eyes and just look, a 5 year old can look at them and say this looks like a boy, their biological (chromosomes) failed gender tests also prove this. This really isn't difficult to follow.
