This moron actually thought he was sticking to trump and his defense team by making the case discovery 48TB.
Then he cried like a bitch to Rachel Maddow when the judge gave trumps defense team the time needed to read the documents.

Yeah the judge getting her job from the person on trial had nothing to do with it i am sure.

Why would it, she has no obligation to trump after appointment, its not like he can remover her if he becomes president again.

Then why is she bending over backwards for him? Trump can sic his extremists on her.

Anyways, can't wait for it to be re-instated. Trump should be punished for stealing classified docs.

So any conviction withstands appeals, that's literally the judges only job.
We don't even know what the documents are, all the headline pictures that they released the DOJ has since admitted they were props brought by investigators.
