The bigger conversation here is how your clown show of a country let this person purchase an assault rifle.

She has a history on record and she also has a mental health issue history on record.

Why do you get to arbitrarily deny his gender identity when he identifies as a man? If he says he's a man, you get to decide he's actually a cisgendered woman?
