Obviously he didn’t want to crash his car into a bar. Why did he do it? Because he fucked up, then lied about why he fucked up. Maybe he was fucking around on his phone or looking at their console. Maybe he was under the influence. Maybe something got into his eye.

From the video it's clear he was speeding and not paying attention. He saw the car parked on the side of the road and swerved to try to go around it and lost control, crashing into the bar.

Then the owner came out angry, he likely felt disrespected, and arrested the owner.

STL gets a new civil rights lawsuit every few years because an officer got caught on tape abusing somebody who talked back.

He should feel threatened. He just crashed his car into a guy's business. Boo hoo if the business owner is angry. The cop could have killed anybody inside.

Not always. If a police officer does something extremely illegal and the person resists, the officer does not have the right to arrest somebody. Police don't have the right to abuse you and then arrest you when you resist.
