How does your source define "terrorist attacks and plots"? The huge spike for allegedly "far-right" attacks in 2020 makes it seem like they included lots of anti-covid protests in this category.

yeah that's probably true(I don't know if this chart precisely ends in December of 2020) but it's also a chart completely irrelevant to this thread
