Start with the addicts, forced cold turkey no exceptions followed by work camps for a duration long enough to completely break their habits and get them into a normal routine.

i mean, we get tons of lady bugs at the cottage too, and they arent terribly bothersome. however, they are biting either.

but not all bugs are equal. if these are blood suckers and can travel... it isnt "good" to have them around. makes me think of rats during a plague...

It's coming from american, chinese, and russian tourists, their countries are full of bedbugs.
I'm sure of it because bedbugs love fentanyl, vodka, and gutter oil.
As you know we have alot of bed bug here so we tested and validated what these wonderful creatures need. Soon in your daily baguette too etc..

But seems Djunioristan is the biggest source of bedbugs anywhere in the world...

To my knowledge bedbugs dont spread diseases, just a nuisance like most common bugs. Could be wrong but we have had them in lots of Canadian cities forever now and that's never came up. Its certainly no crisis when some hotels have them anyways.

I'm for putting them to work 100%.. Who pays and constructs these work camps? They would need medical for rehab, education for some job housing, food etc. I can think of some liberals who have asked for this (without the work part) so you would be willing for fund
"cleaning them up" as long as they were working for it?
Or you said jail the addicts first so when the rapist isn't in jail and re offends whos fault is that?

When I refer to cities it's generally in reference to atleast a 500k city & usually much more metropolitan area.

I also live in a ~130k city/town, it's not really a "city" in my eyes but peoples definitions differ. I call it a town. Plenty of wonderful towns to move to to get away from big cities
