Today the risk we are facing is far greater due these unique, artificial, conditions and mechanics (ie: "explosion" in temperature variation). At this point "Gaia" would certainly not "magically adapt" and everything could break in some kind of a completely unpredictable way.

climate change, like covid, wont end the world. but like covid its gonna take out a decent number of people and cause a decent number of issues globally. whether its man made or not, whether it is .5 degrees or 2.5 degrees, the issues are already starting to present themselves. many areas of the US this year experienced uncharacteristic droughts, and the crop yields will affect pricing, for example. its not all doom and gloom and destroyed coastlines, there's a lot of meat and potatoes concerns. we still cant stop it, however.

Pro tip for anyone who believes in the cult: do yourself a favour and study atmospheric science. You'll find that A) measuring and quantitating key radiative forcing parameters is extremely difficult & messy, without any real accuracy at all - 40% error or higher assuming you actually can acquire good data, the climate "models" conveniently ignore this fact and assume perfect data which they propagate forward decades (a complete fools errand) and finally C) CO2 is not the only parameter which contributes to radiative forcing. CO2 is increasing slowly but the climate cultists ignore simple principles of equilibrium where CO2 will stop increasing once the rate of sinkage matches the rate of emission

To summarize: The models are fake and the entire field is a joke where the allowed opinions only go in one direction
