He's been extremely outspoken about it, to the point its been his #1 issue for decades. And you had no idea so you just came along and reposted some shit you saw in liberal talking points circles (aka reddit) about how Justice Thomas was accepted to yale by affirmative action therefore he's a hypocrite. He can't spin in his grave when he's not dead yet.

here's a thought: how about fixing the gap in school quality first, how about raising the quality of schools in predominantly black areas first, to at least give everyone the same CHANCE at achieving academic success?
