How about we treat each other as equals, expecting the same level of excellence from everyone across the board.

the quote has nothing to do with getting into the school it was said after he graduated so your quote has literally nothing to do with your first point

This is like saying Nelson Mandela can never know what its like to be a political prisoner because he was a rich and entitled head of state.
Justice Thomas's firebrand views on affirmative action were shaped by the real world consequences of affirmative action that he had to live through. He's been extremely outspoken about it, to the point its been his #1 issue for decades. And you had no idea so you just came along and reposted some shit you saw in liberal talking points circles (aka reddit) about how Justice Thomas was accepted to yale by affirmative action therefore he's a hypocrite. He can't spin in his grave when he's not dead yet.

Maybe if Clarence wasn't a shit lawyer they would have hired him.

Reading a memo that an old racist as fuck black dude wrote about how white people were trash back then gives no merit to him not being a complete scumbag.

I love how CRT matters to you when its relevant to justifying the persecution and oppression of black people, but any other time you squeal like a hog over it.

Its kind of neat how a black man can sit silently in the courtroom for decades and only speak up when it comes to his burning disdain for affirmative action, and the only time you noticed was if he started getting uppity and needed ten feet of high tech rope

Excellent. Anybody with a triple-digit IQ, which regrettably is a minority within the PARD, understand the idiocy of what was happening.

What I see here is Harvest saying that certain races can't achieve this on their own.
When the fact of the matter is that they absolutely can.

I ask, Who is more racist the person who talks about racism or the person who just lives their life.

here's a thought: how about fixing the gap in school quality first, how about raising the quality of schools in predominantly black areas first, to at least give everyone the same CHANCE at achieving academic success?

oh right, that's not a result of decades of discrimination and a resulting massive racial wealth gap, that's just a "culture" issue to the usual hacks - since overt and explicit discrimination is technically illegal, the problem is obviously "fixed"...
