The lawyers didn't even know who the jurors were.

The jurors "promised" they weren't biased. We know the judge is biased.

You can sell this fair trail bit to someone else. :)

I think that rationale on its own is fine, they clearly would have be subject to some form of harassment. The alternative, though, is that Trump gets judged by a random subsection of Manhattan, where the average voter would happily shoot him dead.

And they dismissed anyone who felt that way. They still did voir dire.

This is the part that keeps coming to my mind as well. It seems to be the case that:

Not liable verdict: "Well then, this was a fair trial".

Liable verdict: "There's no way Trump could have a fair trial anywhere in New York".

Please explain how "Trump was found liable for defamation because the jury thought it was more likely than not that Trump committed sexual assault" means "sexual assault was not committed".

Go real slow for me, because it seems I'm not the only one having trouble following your logic.
