Even though we're in the middle of budget negotiations on what to do with a $7.7 billion surplus (because of federal covid subsidies for state budgets aka printing money and driving up inflation). So lowry hill which is 90% white people mostly with masters degrees and $500k+ homes and $120k+ median income twice the city average, but happens to be nestled right in there surrounded by the warzones to the north and east, is going to get their own private funded police force.
