black people living in poverty and crime-ridden neighbourhoods is a direct result of racial discrimination. the fact that this perpetuates itself at some point, and that both the criminals and victims then share the same skin colour does not magically erase the racist element in it.

Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden have something in common. They were all bad presidents. Their skin colour made no difference.

how would you know? do you have black neighborhoods in germanistan?

there are blacks murdering blacks and there are blacks being CEOs. all coming from the same neighborhoods. some just like selling crack I guess.

leaded pipes, noise and environmental pollution, underfunded schools, inferior infrastructure... all those things are man made issues and it was racist decisions that put minorities predominantly in such areas. you need to learn a lot about american history apparently, because you are clueless af.
