When the students of Charles Page High School returned for the school year, they were greeted by a number of other students handing out “white privilege cards” in the hallways. According to Fox23 News, the BIPOC students who were fed up with the nonsense hosted a walk out in protest of the racism.

Sand Springs Public Schools Superintendent Sherry Durkee said members of her administrative team investigated the incident immediately.

She said the district’s students “are really good at reporting to us, so it wasn’t long before they let us know what was going on,” adding that she has no idea what the student’s intended purpose was in distributing the cards. Durkee said Wednesday’s walkout was peaceful and uneventful.

“I think students felt the need to have their voices heard, which is understandable,” she said. “About 40 kids walked out at 11 today. There was no violence. They spoke their piece. They weren’t off campus.

“Then they disassembled and went back to school.” She said she understands where the students are coming from.

“I would say thank you for standing up. I want to hear what you have to say. I think our administrative team does, as well,” she said. “Our job is to educate them, but a part of educating them is to listen to them.”

For anyone who remembers it, the Oberlin college bakery scandal is now finally at an end.
Oberlin college has lost its appeals process all the way up to the Ohio supreme court and is now ordered to pay $36.59 million to the bakery they falsely defamed as racist and tried to get shut down

The Oberlin VP and staff basically just kept trying to doggedly stick by their false accusation even after the subjects of the original story confessed, even after it was clear, even after they got sued, even after they lost the lawsuit and the appeals suit and now the supreme court declining
But at the end of the day, denying facts won't change facts. Now they're stuck with the bill

lmao

In August 2017, nine months after the three students were arrested, Aladin and Endia Lawrence pleaded guilty to attempted theft and aggravated trespass, court documents state.
The third student also pleaded guilty to attempted theft and aggravated trespass
. Her case has been expunged, Traci Orlando, civil secretary for Judge John R. Miraldi, said in 2019.
In a written statement released that same year, Aladin confessed to using a fake ID to try to buy alcohol when a shop clerk tried to detain him.
"This unfortunate incident was triggered by an attempt to purchase alcohol," Aladin wrote, according to court documents.

so the admitted crime of buying booze underage, which tens of thousands of under-21 college students try to do every year, and theft/violence (which is a much more serious crime) turned into a $37M judgement for a pale pasty privileged lefty college (which tried to obstruct justice) to pay restitution to a small business?

victory for logic and the law for once!
never fear lefties brandon will EO this judgment away in the name of “fixing racism”

e: and if it doesn’t work Oberlin will raise tuition by say $20k per student per year ($10k to cover debt forgiveness and $10k to cover these costs)

I think I am finally starting to figure you out.
You filter everything through a phonetics lens.
Hence, all the numerology and word manipulations.

Thats how it STARTED. The actual story is much more demented
The VP doubled down, tripled down, quadrupled down on the social justice crusade and accused it all of being a racist conspiracy and continued to do so every step of the way. They had multiple settlement offers, every off ramp imaginable. The school tried to extort the bakery by offering a new contract only if they'd sign a statement saying the shoplifters did nothing wrong, and wouldnt call the police on any future shoplifters. The college organized the picketing and protesting, weaponizing their campus by reimbursing students and giving them credits for protesting.
