They aren't gonna touch it, like even put a finger on a folder or click a mouse to show they viewed something in some government log, especially if the court is a Democrat judge, but I don't think a Republican lower level judges would touch it either. Watch how these events unfold in that order and watch how each time the media plays it up.

I didn't post since this comment. It was obvious that the comment you made was outright wrong but I wanted to wait until the SC threw it out for just being a completely trash lawsuit. Not a single justice even wanted to entertain this lawsuit. This is what happens when you bring a pile of shit to any decently educated group of people. The SC has 6 conservatives and not one could find a reason to entertain this lawsuit.
