Minneapolis will become the first major city in the US with mosques given a permit to publicly air the call to prayer on loudspeakers over their whole neighborhoods.

Its the group of mosques right by the U of M and St Thomas, so students will get to hear the call to worship allah and his prophet mohammed multiple times per day.
