An interesting read. A palestinian man relates how the IDF contact him out of the blue to arrange evacuations of his neighborhood during bombings to minimize civilian casualties. Not just doing 'knock' bomb warnings but using telephone calls to the residents and proving they are real with the knock missiles so civilians can be evacuated before buildings are leveled
