In the restaurant local city municipality restrictions yes it is.
I will say locally 95% of the business' here were doing it on their own.. But yes it is coercion by the local governments.

wrong on all counts:

- sweden is not doing better than germany (or its neighbours, which was my original point - since comparing them with finland or norway for example gives you a better picture of what you'd expect in a low population scandinavian country)
- sweden had plenty of restrictions after their initial laissez-faire approach saw their death toll rise drastically
- you never know before who "needs it", which is the point of vaccinating everyone who cares about their fellow citizens, and is not just some selfish asshole, afraid of a little shot.
- masks work. not surprised a covid flat-earther like you doesn't understand that, but that fortunately doesn't change the facts.
