Yeah I agree which is why I think it is essential to distinguish Hamas /Gaza and PLO/West Bank
Trying to deal with Hamas was always negotiating with the devil.
Goes back to what the actual Israeli political intentions were (2012 and onwards) but have commented on this enough already.
