They backpedaled from it though, and added private options to counteract the impressive waits. They also privatized their pension system.

If you have a reasonably healthy population like in Scandinavia it might work. They look after themselves you know. Better ban smoking / drugs / soft drinks / fast food in the US just to name a few things before considering something like that.

Ohwait you're one of those advocating decimalization of all types of drugs, why am I even trying lol. Just forget this it'll never work.

Having a healthy population doesn't enable a good health care system, a good healthcare system creates a healthy population.

An unhealthy population means the costs spiral out of control from the get go. Unsustainable.

You are describing the current system.

When you start fixing the problem you almost immediately decrease cost and increase economic output.
