I have a bachelors degree in criminal justice, i went to law school, i left law school.

i have 15 or some odd credits in constitutional law, i understand 9th grade civics.

but the constitution has not much to do with this presser thusfar (im like 30 mins in now) except the 14a issue i raised earlier.

UPDATE #4:

Wisconsin distinction between mail in ballots and absentee ballots true, but largely inconsequential given the rest of what he says.

needs an application, not sure what he means there, i requested mine online in 45 seconds flat. required me to scan my photo ID.

update 5:

"overvoting", aka registered votes less than actual votes. same day registering in WI is legal, and turnout always exceeds registering. especially in low income areas like MKE.

Oh noes. My whole world has fallen apart. How can my flimsy delusions stand in the face of such convincing proof. I am utterly destroyed by an anonymous poster on 4chan claiming to be CIA.

Well yea, def not if you are getting 5 second of fraud that reads "don't look, frauds not possible" vs actually reading affidavits. If you went to law school act like a lawyer... Actually look... I have my doubts tbh.. end says "I left law school" not graduated and omitting information is something I catch... You OMITTED credits, time, basically any metric to associate with experience.

Coincidence?

i was posting in pard when i was in law school, and i left, because i got a better oppurtunity that didnt sink me into more debt and allowed me to stay close to my now wife. if u need more info than that idc lol, im not asking u for any credentials.

as to looking at the affidavits, i have, which is why i raised the perjury and mistake of fact issues with taking the perjury talking point at face value. they're still evidence, but perjury is just a talking point.

Seems a silly issue to raise and brings about the question... "Did you really read them, or are you just saying you did?". The simple fact to that is one of the people who signed an affidavit and agreed to sworn testimony used to be the AG of Georgia I think was the state, and there's like over 100+ that are lawyers that were election officials as well....

So, again.. NOT SURE YOURE ACTUALLY READING VS SAYING YOU ARE.

Lawyers understand perjury obviously. You should know that, so your argument is again a moot point as a judge might say to dismiss this case.

can you explain to me what "mistake of fact" means, and how it applies to a sworn statement of what someone claims to have seen in person, and lastly how that would then be charged or not charged as perjury?

Yea I can IF I cared to... I asked you to look stuff up several times. You flamed me. Why did the military raid Sytil (probably spelled wrong) servers, parent company of Dominion. Why do election officials direct, or their family members indirectly ( I guess we call these the smarter ones?) Take ownership shares in these companies prior to election? You're going straight to this can't be real and not following proper legal investigation steps.

Reads bias to me and I don't skip steps to achieve desired outcome.
